Positive: The host was really lovely and helpful sending all the info needed via WhatsApp which was great. She was also very kind in helping us with late checkout. The property is lovely since it’s redevelopment. It’s a shame we didn’t have good weather to use the pool as it looked beautiful. Parking in the gated grounds was nice and safe. We felt safe in the property. The bathroom was the showcase for us, we loved the large bath. Towels provided for pool and bathroom. Good fridge / kettle in the room with some crockery also if needed. They even gave us some complimentary face masks to use which was a nice touch. Very close 10-15 mins to Disney via car which is why we were there. Also close by car to a very large shopping centre and outlet village. Would definitely recommend

Negative: Unfortunately we didn’t think about taking drinks & snacks which was a shame as it meant a 15 minute drive out late at night as there wasn’t anything available to buy at the hotel. Not sure if there is in the daytime but there wasn’t in the evening. I think a vending machine would be a great idea on site as there’s not a local shop that we could see. The WiFi was good but stopped working on our last day. The bed covers weren’t very comfy. Our room was up several flights of stairs which were difficult with heavy cases. None of these things ruined our stay, we enjoyed it and would recommend.

Positive: The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool is perfect. There is a lot of space to run around and even had a trampoline for the kids. It was a 15 minute drive to Disney and the taxi recommendation Karen provided was great.

Negative: The rooms were very beautiful. They have minimal storage or places to keep your things. There are no closest, drawers or stands to put your luggage on (suite 2/3). The breakfast was good but a bit complicated. I would love a place like this to offer a continental breakfast to all guests which would be included in the price. Location was very relaxing and quiet. You can’t really walk anywhere and if you want dinner you need to go into town or order delivery. There are not a lot of places inside the house to eat. Karen did accommodate and let us eat in a small parlor. Last detail to note, is the room I booked for my in-laws. I did not fully understand that there was no shower, only a tub with a handheld. The tub is beautiful and quite large. This was hard for older adults to get in and out of. If you want a nice soaking tub - suite 3 is your room! If not, I would recommend booking one of the other 3 that have lovely showers.

Summary: We came from the United States and booked 2 rooms. 1 for a family of 4 and 1 for 2 Grandparents.
