House dating from 1881 completely renovated in a small hamlet of three houses. Access is via a one kilometer motorized forest track.
In a peaceful setting, in the heart of nature, the place lends itself to country strolls.
You can also make a getaway in the hinterland to the Gorges du Verdon or on the Mediterranean coast, all about fifty kilometers away.
On the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a separate toilet, a storeroom. The large picture window in the living room will allow you to enjoy the outdoor space and view of the vineyards. Access to the covered terrace is through the French window in the kitchen, and gives access to the utility room and the private swimming pool.
A closed garage (30m2) with direct access to the swimming pool is at your disposal
Upstairs two bedrooms (double bed in 160 and two bunk beds in 90), a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet.
