Positive: La Gardenia is an amazing development that I have been going to for 36 years. The gardens, pool and views are exceptional.

Negative: There are 52 apartments in this location. No 41 is very tired and outdated. The bathrooms are old and mouldy (although they were as clean as they can be) the living area is not comfortable and the kitchen is not well equipped - there was one mouldy chopping board and only 4 eating knives for a property that sleeps 6! The dishwasher was filthy and needed a deep clean. The property could do with some updates and TLC - an easy fix would be to make sure the kitchen is appropriately equipped and the hob works!!

Summary: La Gardenia is great, the apartment itself is rough around the edges
