Positive: the apartment spacious, clean. very comfortable beds and pillows. only half an hour walk to Alessandria for coffee and food. The host very hospitable

Negative: host responsive but was late when we set a time at 9 PM, not anything major. rules about not eating in the apartment, and locking the room door and the building door which i didn't understand cause it is an isolated farm, I dont lock my house in the US, nobody here. small things like that, but not anything major. so we locked multiple times, and ate only snacks we had with us.

Positive: Fantastic property, very close to town, the design of everything is terrific. I mixed up my dates of staying there, arriving a day early, and Matteo arranged for me to stay at another exceptional property for a night before coming to La Fornace the next night. If I am in the area again I would stay here and explore Alessandria more fully. A wonderful gracious host.

Positive: Everything was wonderful. The perfect location for our visit. Clean, comfortable and quiet wonderful service. We really enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Everything was great but since the time of year for our visit was January, the floor was a bit cold. Bring slippers.
