Furnished with warm and modern pieces, the house is ideal for a quiet and pleasant holiday. Outside, guests may enjoy the use of the private 5x10 m swimming-pool.The medieval town of Roccastrada has all the main types of shops and close by you will find places to try typical Maremma cooking or buy local products. The Chianti area is approx 50 km away, many characteristic and traditional towns in the area merit a visit. Summary: Especially the garden and the pool are really nice and also large. Also the house was just perfect for our family, me and my wife and teenage son.

Summary: Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Beim Gebäude handelt es sich am eine alte Ziegelbrennerei aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, das liebevoll zum kleinen Wohnhaus umgebaut wurde. Alles ist in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Sowohl der riesige Garten, als auch der Pool sind komplett eingezäunt. Ideal mit kleinen Kindern. Der Ausblick über die Maremma ist Sagenhaft. Kommen gerne wieder.

Summary: Wir waren eine Gruppe mit zwei jungen Paaren und sind mit dem Auto angereist. In Roccastrada hat uns die Hausbesitzern herzlich empfangen und ist zur Unterkunft vorgefahren. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist ein schmaler Schotterweg. Wir sind mit einem Mittelklassewagen gerade durchgekommen. Dafür wird die Fahrt mit einem herrlichen Ausblick über Maremma belohnt und einem Außenbereich der seines gleichen sucht! Der Pool war riesig und sauber. Die Besitzerin war sehr hilfsbereit. Nachts Hundegebell.

Summary: Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Beschreibungen inkl. Fotos. Herrliche Alleinlage mit bester Aussicht über die Maremma bis zum Meer. Ortszentrum dennoch in zu Fuß erreichbarer Nähe.

Summary: Sehr schön und ruhig in der Natur gelegenes Ferienanwesen. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind traumhaft. In der starken Mittagshitze wären mehr schattenspendende Orte wünschenswert.
