Positive: Nice location in an area with lots of restaurants and a short walk from Park Monceau. Very friendly and helpful staff - though one day i didnt press the 'clean my room' button it wasnt then done. That was the only negative, otherwise excellent. Terrific swimming pool which was unsurprisingly quite busy. Nice big room, quiet and very comfortable.

Negative: I suggested putting a lane barrier in the pool but they have one on order already which will help congestion.

Negative: I had a dinner at their rooftop restaurant, ordered the steak, meat was with a lot of gristle. They still charged full price, just a bit sorry:).

Positive: i liked the design of the hotel and the staff was very helpful. I would like to have a parking space or valet service provided 24/7.

Negative: I didnt like the location to be honest. For the same price you can find 5 star hotels in the city center.

Positive: Our stay started wonderfully, with an amazing check-in experience, and then having use of all the facilities included in the stay was an added bonus. We would definitley stay again.

Negative: There wasn't anything we didn't like at the hotel, if there was anything it might be a few more local options for the Room Service Menu.
