Summary: Nice staff. The room were very disappointing. Smelly and worn out. Stains on wall and carpet. Fingers and stains on coffee cups. Thin walls with much noise from other rooms and hallway. The shower was clogged, but got fixed, however it was not very nice to find out while you were already in the shower. The “spa” was weird. Steam room permanently out of order. Lots of grout in tiles etc, and no separate male/female showers. Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Summary: Rooms are really very small; for two people, no shelves to put clothing, no hooks to hang climbing gears, not even one chair to sit. But the window view of Mont Blanc charming. Nice bar and lounging area, comfortable outdoor space and great beautiful view of Mont Blanc massif

Summary: The hotel was very nice. Rooms are quite sufficient. The only negative is that it was in the high 80’s and low 90’s during our stay and the room was very hot! We had trouble sleeping due to the heat. Staff were all very kind and friendly. Great location! And it was very clean!
