Positive: Location, location, location! A great little hotel right in the heart of Gruyères — you couldn't ask for a better setting. The room was a very good size and had a beautiful view of the mountains, which made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was simple but delicious — fresh, local, and satisfying. Nothing luxurious, but full of charm and comfort. Would definitely stay again!

Negative: The bathroom was just okay — clean with a good shower, but quite basic. Still, it served its purpose well for a short stay.

Positive: Excellent location, right at the entrance of the Village. Rooms facing the mountains very atmospheric. Staff super polite and smiley.

Negative: Breakfast was quite poor and cold.

Positive: We was like a comfortable atmosphere in Fleur de Lys.The stuff is very friendly positive and always attentive to us.Its was very convenient stay for our family of four. Kids was play with snow and was slide on sledge right by hotel .There is complimentary breakfast included each morning and it's was very convenient for us .The breakfast was basic but delicious with local produce on .We felt as home in Fleur de Lys and we definitely will come back again

Positive: Atmospheric hotel, beautiful views, small variety in breakfast, but excellent quality of foods. Nice lodge you could have tea or coffee all day for free. Wonderful dinner.

Negative: As the building is too old- more than 300 hundreds years- you could hear every noise.
