Positive: The place was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, & the owner, Anna, was wonderful to work with. Very nice area with great views of Lake Como from the balcony.

Negative: The walk from restaurants back to the house was quite the incline, so we wished we had gotten a rental car.

Positive: Great views over Lake Como from the flat. It's spacious for two for a week; there is a compact second bedroom as well. Clean throughout, with a good sized living room and kitchen area, reasonable sized bathroom. A fan was provided against the heat, which was appreciated.

Negative: Mostly our fault for not reading the description properly, but with a clothes airer in the desciption, we were expecting a washing machine too, given that plently of cheaper flats on our trip had one. (There is a laundromat about 20 minutes walk away). To be clear, the description does NOT say that there is one, so it is correctly described, but I hope this review helps others not make the same assumption we did. The kitchen was well-equipped, but it might be worth considering leaving some basic condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper) for guests to use.

Positive: This place was perfect for our short stay in Lake Como. Excellent views and we loved sitting out on the balcony in the evenings. A very walkable location with boats available in Lenno to take you anywhere you wish to visit.

Positive: First of all the host! She is a very warm lady and the amount of preparation she had done for us. She gave us house tour, had all different maps, ferry timetables ready for us. The location is great! 10 mins walk to the Lenno Ferry. 5 mins drive to nearby restaurants, cafés and grocery stores. You can manage without a car but having a car to roam around is always a plus. The apartmemt is big, perfect for family or a group of 4. Has a separate entrance and huge balcony with a breathtaking view. The view is available for all the rooms in the apartment. Kitchen is stocked up with pans and pots, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper. And the host very generously kept wine and water for us in the fridge. Bathroom had shower gels and shampoos. Towels were cleaned every 3 days. House was clean and neat. Apartment comes with a parking spot available right next to the apartment. The host will give you the permit card which needs to be kept in the car when parked.

Positive: A spectacular view of the Bergamo Alps at 3000 m. A 10 minute walk to the beautiful harbor in Lenno. A ferry stop which takes you to Varenna and Bellagio.
