Positive: The location of the house was central and within 15mins walking distance to the Blois Castle and bridge to restaurants, in a quiet pedestrian street. Pre-arrival information was comprehensive and host was very responsive. The welcome greeting by Nathalie was warm, excellent and informative. She also offered to walk with us to the restaurant we had booked for lunch, familiarizing us with sites along the way. The terrace house itself was well equipped and comfortable with ducted temperature control and heaters in rooms.
Negative: Description of accommodation should include that the house is 3 storeys with a central wooden, winding staircase - so probably not suitable for the elderly, young children or those with mobility issues. One bathroom had a shower over a bath-so again may not be suitable for accessibility. One of the double beds was not so comfortable and pillows could have been a little higher, firmer.
Summary: A wonderful stay for a group of 5 to explore Blois and nearby chateaux for 3 days.

Positive: Excellent position in the Blois centre, a pedestrian area (silent, attractive), but with a car parking at 3 minutes' walk. Shops, cafés and restaurants very close. Attractive traditional housing with large bedrooms (very comfortable beds). A room with a large table for meals, and a wide living room with sofas, armchairs and a large TV screen. Details such as the availability of table games, books, playing cards, CDs etc. add to the owner's care for guest stay. A kitchen equipped with everything: Nespresso coffee-maker, boiler - with a large provision of coffee pods (3 kinds!) and a wide choice of teas and herbal teas - a large fridge, oven and dishwasher, of course with fine dishes and brand new cutlery. Excellent fast Internet wifi in all the rooms. Cherry on top, the kindness of Nathalie (the housekeeper) and Tiffany (the manager) ready to statisfy all customers' requests. As a frequent traveller both for business and leisure, I highly recommend this accommodation, one of the best in my experience. Also a good choice to visit the Loire castles, all within an hour's drive.
Negative: Nothing! So good that it cannot be improved.

Positive: Great location, close to centre and a great spacious house with every appliance/very well euipped. Natalie gave us a very warm and informative welcome, would definitely recommend this house and return if possible
