This authentic property is located in the splendid environment of the hills that back Torrox Costa, thus providing a wonderful setting for rejoicing in your well-deserved holidays. Besides, its location lets you enjoy the beach, located 3 km far, and reach all the main cities, as the highway is just 1 km far. As soon as you get here, you will discover a cosy property, decorated with exquisite rustic details and all the facilities that you and your family may need.
Moreover, you will even have the chance of collecting the products of the semi-ecological vegetable garden for free. Here, you will find seasonal products, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, aubergines, fava beans, garlic, onions, sugar canes, and tropical products, such as avocadoes, mangoes, pitayas, lychees, and so on. In it, there also is a henhouse, where you can collect fresh eggs during your whole stay, for free.
The 46-sq-mt house is ideal for a family of four people. It's also provided with access for people with reduced mobility, as it features ramps from the parking to the house. Inside the house, you will find a cosy living space. On the right, a fully equipped kitchen provides all the kitchenware and appliances needed during a long stay; on the left, there is a comfortable sofa and a TV that also broadcasts French channels. A bathroom with a shower is also accessible from the living room.
Then, you will discover the two bedrooms of the house. The master bedroom is 9-sq-mt wide, and it features a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom, which is a bit smaller, is equipped with two twin beds.
The living room is provided with warm/cool air-con and a portable stove that is provided during winter stays.
The outdoor area features a 30-sq-mt porch, which is the perfect place for enjoying your meals "al fresco". The 6-place dining table, the brick-built BBQ and the oven ensure all the comforts that you could think of. The cherry on the pie is the spectacular panorama that goes from the valley before you to the Mediterranean Sea.
On the right hand side, you will find the beautiful private heated swimming pool, provided with sun loungers and an umbrella that guarantee a relaxing and stress-free stay. From the pool, a staircase leads down to an outdoor bathroom with a walk-in shower. The pool is available from 1 April to 31 October and the heating of the pool has an extra cost not included in the price.
Access to the house, which also has an indoor car park, is possible via a 100 metre dirt track.

Summary: In dem Haus verbrachten wir 4 schöne Wochen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Paco begrüßt. Er war für Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Haus war top gepflegt und sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Frühstückseier legten die Hühner, Gemüse gabs aus dem Garten und Paco brachte frisches Obst - ein perfekter Service! Bei der Ankunft wünschten wir uns 4 Wochen schönes Wetter und versprachen Paco zu unserer Abreise den lang ersehnten Regentag. Genauso geschah es.

Summary: Wir hatten einen schönen fünfwöchigen Winterurlaub und haben im Februar im Garten ein Sonnenbad genommen! Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Paco, der Besitzer, ist ein netter Mann und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Garten lieferte frische Zwiebeln, Avocados, Zitronen, Mangold und Paprika und die Hühner lieferten die Eier. Wir hatten dort einen wundervollen fünfwöchigen Urlaub.

Summary: Het huis voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Het zwembad met de ligstoelen fantastisch. Paco is een geweldige gastheer. Hij deed er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. We hebben heerlijk gegeten van de mango’s en voor onderweg en thuis heeft hij nog een kistje avocado’s meegegeven. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Paco dank je wel.

Summary: La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos, es decir, una auténtica "cocada". Tiene todo tipo de detalles ( desde el menaje en la cocina hasta el último detalle en la zona de la piscina ). La zona de la piscina con sus tumbonas para tomar el sol y la zona del jardín son espectaculares. La terraza con barbacoa es una pasada para poder comer, cenar.....con zona de descanso incluida. La ubicación era lo que íbamos buscando. Un poco apartada para tener toda la tranquilidad del mundo pero al mismo tiempo bien comunicada para acceder a la autopista y visitar cualquier lugar..... En cuánto al dueño Paco, todas la palabras serían pocas,....desde el primer momento te acoje de una manera muy cálida y cordial y se ofrece para ayudarte en todo lo que pueda durante la estancia.... Gracias por todo Paco.....sin lugar a dudas haremos lo posible por volver.....

Summary: Het huis was heel netjes en schoon. De veranda was geweldig. Daar zaten we veel in de avonden. Het zwembad was heerlijk. De moestuin was erg leuk en daar hebben we heerlijke mango’s en bananen van gegeten. De kippen zorgden iedere morgen van verse eitjes.

Summary: La maison était très propre. La piscine entretenue. La cuisine était bien équipée. On y a trouvé tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin. Nous avons adoré les arbres fruitiers, le poulailler, les enfants aimaient beaucoup aller donner à manger aux poules (et elles nous remerciaient en nous donnant de bons œufs frais)
