Positive: Location - The apartment is in a picturesque village, and an extremely quiet area. We were there over the Easter weekend, and apart from the bell tolling between 9 - 10 PM on Easter Sunday eve (which was expected), it was perfectly quiet. Parking - Free parking is in a secure, underground garage. Nervous drivers, beware! The access to this village/apartment is through very narrow, windy streets so check Google Maps satellite/street view before driving here, as there are 2-3 routes to this property. Cleanliness - Place was very clean and spotless. Bedding was clean and washed. I have taken away a couple of points for the foul sewage smell from the bathroom drains, which was probably due to the apartment being unused for a while. Easy fix, hopefully. Amenities - Apartment had basic amenities, biggest advantage being the washing machine/dryer. There was air-conditioning in the rooms, but it takes a while for the rooms to heat up (the apartment was freezing when we first walked in, as it was unused for a while, but warmed up quickly) Communication - Good communication with the host, who responded to queries quickly over Whatsapp.

Negative: If I have to be very picky (and these are observations, not complaints - I didn't want to bother the owner as it was the Easter weekend) - The apartment lacked kitchenware. Just one pot, and one frying pan, and that was it. Families usually pick apartments so they're able to use the kitchen facilities. No kitchen tower to dry hands, or pans after use. - Smell from bathroom when unused, was not very nice. The drains did smell quite a bit. We left the doors and windows open to get the smells out the first day, but the smells disappeared a little after use.
