Positive: Valerie and Alain were most welcoming hosts! The location was perfect for our one night stopover down to the south of France from the UK. Breakfast was delicious and especially the lovely jams. We liked the sperate room for my son upstairs in the triple. The cat and dog were also very friendly and entertaining ;)

Negative: The bed was a little hard compared to our bed at home but we slept well.

Summary: A great stopover with lovely hosts and handsome looking main building with rooms in the extension

Positive: Perfect location, quiet and green. Nice garden to relax in. Breakfast was amazing: homemade jams, cake, etc. Served in a nice diningroom in the main house. What a treat!

Positive: Valerie is very hospitable. Her pets are present, but they are adorable and friendly. Valerie read our booking notes and rearranged things so we could be in the same corridor. Breakfast was lovely! Valerie went above and beyond,and even got me a birthday gift!

Positive: Lovely home made breads and jams as part of the continental breakfast. Hosts very obliging, room was quirky, very old building with exposed beams etc. worth seeking out

Positive: La Collinière is a beautifully renovated property close to the city of Dreux. The host was warm and it felt like a family visit. Especially the brakfast was really homely with the possibility to taste freshly made jam. We especially liked to gardens!
