Positive: A beautiful rural setting , and made a really nice change from the overnight hotel stops we’ve usually done . Peaceful and comfortable. Our host was very welcoming and brought a tray for tea and coffee . We planned originally to have the evening meal but for various reasons ( due to us ! ) we didn’t take it . However the morning continental breakfast was excellent. Delicious pastries fruit and homemade made jams from the property .

Summary: A great overnight stop on way back from the Alps that made an excellent change from our usual hotel stop . Would definit

Positive: This was a lovely little stop on our way to Calais. Just overnight but a warm welcome, comfy room and a good shower. Breakfast was superb, in the main house, juice, coffee (plus plenty of tea if a desperate Englishman), lovely French toast, fruit and croissant. A very friendly calm experience. It was a cold day for us but for summer visitors there are sitting out areas in a super garden...Thanks
