Conveniently located 2 miles from downtown Ashland, hospital, college, Museum and local restaurants. Quick access to I64 and US 52 in the tri-state Ohio/WV/KY area. We provide one starter roll of toilet paper, trash liner and paper towels. Please bring extra should you need them. For the convenience of our guests, We also offer late checkout for an extra fee of $50 when available.

Summary: The only drawback for us older folks was that we found it a bit crowded, which could cause tripping or falling if not careful. Also, we found the dinning room chairs difficult to manage--very heavy. The owner was so gracious, and we would stay in another of her houses in a heartbeat. Just short of a 5 star rating. We would make it 4 1/2 stars if we could!

Summary: This property was great for a long weekend stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Bedrooms were on the larger side and the decor was perfect. The kitchen had enough room to entertain and the backyard had a large deck with a fire pit. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Ashland area.
