Positive: The hotel is in a wonderful building on the banks of the River Seine. There is a restaurant with an excellent menu. Breakfast was also good. I had a problem with a leak in my bathroom. My room was changed quickly and without fuss. I hope to return.

Negative: My old legs struggled with some of the stairs. Help was on hand to help with luggage, however.
