Positive: Great hosts, very helpful and communicative. Thoughtful welcome basket; tea, coffee, sugar, water, pastries, milk in fridge. Netflix, washing up facilities, towels, extra pillows and blankets were all gratefully received. Also some christmas decorations were put up which was thoughtful too. A nice stay, warm, with everything you need. Good central town location.

Negative: Parking outside the property was quite tricky to access and to park without knocking walls and other vehicles, particularly in a larger vehicle like we had, but it was good to have a space right outside the property.

Summary: Lovely stay, thank you. Made to feel welcome and would stay again.

Positive: The flat was very clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Negative: The only thing I didn't like was the cooker as the hob was so high and this made it very difficult to use. Also there were no instructions as to how to put the heating on.
