Positive: Abundant italian breakfast. The coffee machine didn't work

Negative: The first floor rooms both face a noisy cobblestone road. At any car passing, and they keep passing all night long, one gets woken up. If you, like me, has light sleep either bring earplugs or avoid booking.

Summary: Cheap and well equipped. Dated and noisy property. Spend a bit more and you won't regret it

Positive: Very well equipped apartment. It was quite in spite of road going past it. Close to center. The town is very interesting. The apartment is in an old building but it has everything for comfortable stay. Slept really well. Beds excellent. Nice and warm.

Negative: Sockets, but one can't do anything about that in an old building.

Positive: Alex the host was extremely helpful and nice. We had a wonderful welcome package with loads for breakfast. The place was really well cleaned and heated. The position is very convenient for visiting Viterbo and its surroundings and is at a walking distance from the village centre where to go for eating.

Negative: During weekdays the front road gets very busy and noisy in the morning. If you start the morning early, then it is not a problem.

Positive: The host was the kindest man ever, meeting us outside to show us around the facilities and even saving a parking spot for us right outside the apartment. He even provided us with plenty of snacks and laundry pods for washing our clothing. The property is a minute's walk away from Villa Lante, and extremely convenient to locate. We would absolutely revisit this place the next time we are in the area.
