Positive: The location of the property is amazing . . . but see comments below. The property is gorgeous . . . but see comments below. The bedroom and patio area views are stunning. The lake and surrounding areas are stunningly beautiful.

Negative: While the location is amazing, you will have quite a walk from where you park to the elevated area where the property is. The climb up is not suitable for rolling bags. This didn't bother me much but you should be aware. The kitchen is very basic, would love to see a bit more there to help you out if you want to cook in. The downstairs part of the rental is very small, you'll want to be upstairs or out on the patio.

Summary: Stunning place with amazing view but plan to earn your way up from where you park ;-)

Positive: We took the two bedrooms apartment and it was very cosy and well designed. We especially liked the big kitchen and the balcony with the lake view. . The location was ideal for us - close to fiumicino airport and about 1-2 hours drive from most of the attractions in Abruzzo. We didn't meet the house owner, but we contect her by phone and she was helpful. Eventually we had to shorten our stay in five days, and she gave us a full refund without any problems.

Negative: Thw WIFI didn't work at all during our entire stay. The staircase between the floors is a bit dangerous, especially if you travel with young kids. The main issue for us was the very steep uphill that we had to climb in order to get to the apartment. I traveled pregnant and with a 2 years old child and it was almost impossible for us to do it. After a few climbs my leg started to hurt and I could barely walk (this is why we had to shorten our stay). If you're in good shape it's not a big problem, but if you have any accessibility issue, I recommend you find a different place.

Positive: The views are breathtaking.

Negative: Breakfast - one cannot say it is included and then just have coffee, fruit and yogurt available. Specially when we have rented for 4 people, and only offer two units of each for four people. Makes no sense. Another negative is the steep hill one must climb - they should allert to this fact as someone with less easeness cannot reach. Also, the car cannot reach.

Positive: Beautiful location overlooking the lake, very well maintained inside and out, good for local walks. Yogurts, pre-packaged pastries, fruit and coffee/tea, plus milk available for breakfast. Good suggestions received via WhatsApp for places to visit. Friendly owner and nice young lady who spoke great English accompanying her met us at the property to check in. Good communication throughout.

Negative: We liked everything about the property, but worth noting that it is up a steep hill and you will need to leave your car at the bottom (200m ish away). No problem for us but would be if you had any mobility issues or maybe if travelling with small children.

Summary: Beautiful lake views, peaceful, well connected with nature!
