Positive: The apartment is very spacious, very comfortable, nicely combined with wood, has two double beds and two single, very comfy, excellent crispy cotton sheets, plenty of towels 😍 two bedrooms are upstairs and it gets quite hot with 30 degrees in July but the owner put air conditioning and two big fans which chilled the air nicely :) the kitchen is well equipped with a big fridge and a gas cooker 😍 there is also a coffee machine with three 😱 types of coffee 😍😍 the bathroom is spacious and nicely illuminated and has a washing machine 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻the check in can be done at any time with the keys in a lockbox. The owner asked us a few times if everything was okey and if we needed anything. Everything was perfect 🤩 and also the location in the Italian countryside 😍 We just LOVED THIS PLACE !!!

Negative: Maybe the driving to the nearest cities like Modena or Bologna or Verona was a minus( between 30 and 90 min) but we knew the location and for us it wasn’t a big problem 👍🏻
