Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. Our host was extremely friendly and hospitable. Upon our arrival, he showed us around the apartment. We enjoyed fresh pastries and figs every morning. The room and the bathroom were clean and tidy. In terms of location it was reasonably close to the shore by car and not that far away from a train station.

Negative: There were a lot of mosquitoes in the area. Although there were window screens installed, they only helped to some degree: sooner or later, a mosquito would sneak in.
