Negative: The location is obviously not super central but just a short uber ride/walk away (was not really an issue)

Positive: The apartment is in a great location - right next to a grocery store, minutes from metro and funicular, near a great street for shopping, eating and gelato. The hosts gave recommendations for multiple restaurants and one was so good we ate there three times during our week long stay. The apartment itself is also great, with two bedrooms and bathrooms, and full size laundry with dryer! There was a coffee machine, and plenty of communal space for us to sit and have breakfast together and plan our day.

Negative: Keeping in mind I live on four acres where only hear coyotes, I had a hard time with the street noise that occurred during the night.

Summary: The hosts were super nice and really go out of their way to ensure your have a good stay.

Positive: Central location (in Vomero) and easy/quick connection to Chiaia, the historic centre and Napoli Centrale. The apartment is super clean, modern and recently renovated - exactly as advertised; with helpful, friendly and accommodating hosts.

Negative: Nothing! Apartment is in a residential area so there is some morning weekday commute noise, but that is to be expected.

Positive: Everything ! The owners was so so polite and friendly! The house is in the best area of Napoli and was so clean and renovated! I strongly suggest it.The house has everything you need and is near the 2 mins from metro line.

Immaculate apartment, spacious, very modern (refurbished in July 2023) with top-notch facilities (2 bathrooms with toilets) and appliances (induction cooker, cooker hood, washing machine, tumble dryer, expresso machine, toaster, hairdryer,...), it looks like a luxury 5-star hotel ! Ari, the host, is very kind and considerate: Whatever you might need, Ari has already all provided for you (plates, cutlery, cooking tools, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, bottled water, bread, tea, coffee, breakfast, ... ) and for free, even an usb charger ! Ari also provided us a list of monuments to visit, where to eat out, etc... We accidentally broke the toilet seat, Ari was very understanding, he replaced it immediately without any complaints! Great location, near the shops, restaurants and underground station. If you look for a nice accommodation in Naples, don't look further: La casa di Ari is the perfect place, 5-star definitively without the price !

Negative: Nothing, we will certainly come back here and would recommend it to our family and friends.
