Positive: If you want to experience life in a real authentic Sicilian village, this is for you. Located in a tiny town halfway up a mountain, it does provide a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. You do have to drive up for 20 minutes or down if you want to go to the beach. Bedroom is quite large with a 2 person bed and a bunk bed. Small kitchen with table and chairs offers microwave, coffeemaker and fridge. You can park your car around the corner for free. You do need above average parking skills. Just 30 metres into town is a nice restaurant with amazing sandwiches and super friendly owners. It's about 2 hours driving from Palermo and 1 hour from Taormina. Falcone beaches are very nice and about 20 minutes away.

Summary: Nice appartment in authentic Sicilian village. Aircon, kitchen , wifi. Amazing view.

Positive: This has been an incredible experience. The village of Casale (Tripi) is a true gem - a really small village in the mountains with amazing people, spectacular views, untouched nature and so much more to see and experience. The nearest beach is 20 minutes by car. The apartment is clean and simple, yet has everything you might need. Also, the hosts are amazing - easily reachable and helpful. PS Make sure to visit "La Pettegola", a phenomenal little sandwich place 30 meters from the apartment, you will not regret it.
