Positive: The house was exactly as described. Pontremoli was a lovely, charming town. The host was friendly and accommodating from the very first communication. We were comfortable and felt at home the whole time. It's almost at the top of the hill, so you have a view over the rooftops of the city. Unfortunately, I sprained my ankle the day before we got there, so the walk up the hill was challenging, but I took it slowly and was fine.

Negative: Everything was great.
