Positive: Great value and very convenient if you take the ferry from Leyte as it is only 1km from Bokok pier. The infinity pool is Wonderful and the mini tower allows great views and cool breezes.

Positive: Other beaches and sites are beautiful

Negative: Green mouldy pool filtration and sound cleaning is absolute, and cupboards need cleaning. Our room is next to a mangrove, imagine the sand flies.

Positive: The owner was very helpful. The place needs a bit of maintenance but the room was good enough for the price. Dont expect a western style place. It was adequate for the Philippines and the location, was near san Francisco board walk and restaurants (about 1km). Considering the price and location o would stay there again. And the owner was very helpful. Give it a try. Can walk down some stairs to shallow water. Smaller pool was available.

Negative: The paths were a bit slippery but they cleaned off the green and it was fine. Big pool was under maintenance but little pool was fine.

Summary: Excellent location, modest accommodation, very helpful owner
