Positive: Well this was an unusual apartment. Firstly, it was difficult to find. We had to leave the car a long way off and walk around the neighbourhood to find where the apartment was, as this was easier than driving around. There is definitely no parking near this apartment. To find the actual apartment, I had to keep looking at the photo and remember it was next to a bus stop. Finally, I found it amongst many high-rise flats of a residential area, a very busy traffic area and noisy. At first sight, I was shocked at what I saw. The photo was obviously taken a long time ago. I would definitely say that I was dreading what I would find inside the apartment. There is no garden area and so this is very misleading on the advert. Inside the apartment is much better than outside!! The actual apartment was very clean and tidy, and the most was made out of a small area. Bed was comfy and all facilities good. No ironing board was found, though. The host was very good and helpful. The bus into town is number 13, which drops you in the centre of San Sebastian, it runs very frequently. There is a supermarket about 6 minutes walk away. Parking is a big problem. We found a small area about 7 minutes walk from the apartment. It was back towards San Sebastian direction on a small football club. We did manage to park there most evenings after being out all day. In summary, do not be too put off from what you see outside because the apartment is very functional and comfy, ideal for a couple of days.

Negative: No parking not even to drop off suitcases. Once you are in the apartment there is a feeling of being closed in because the blinds need to stay down. One side of the building , if you open the windows you get the bus fumes coming in. The other side of the building people can see in. The garden view that is stated is very misleading ... there are some bushes outside some windows and certainly not a garden view.

Positive: Lovely place, comfy bed. Just parking is a bit challenging as there is no dedicated place only public spots, and it was pretty packed most of the time.
