Nice property comprising 3 apartments situated near San Gimignano, only 300 meters away from the main entrance gate to the lovely historical city center.
All of the 3 apartments offer a personal, furnished outdoor area. The property owners (nice and friendly people) live on site and are alway available for their guests.
This property offers all the features of a country-side house (large outdoor area, panoramic views, pool) but at the same time it is a short distance away from San Gimignano city center.
The location is ideal to visit the most beautiful corners of Tuscany.
At guests' disposal: large, fenced-in swimming pool (14 x 7 m - min. depth 1,15 m - max. depth 2,5 m), lighted synthetic tennis court, personal furnished outdoor area for each apartament, barbecue, air-conditioning. Laundry available (payment on the spot). Parking within the grounds. Internet wi-fi available in a common area at the property entrance (only the apartment Capanna has wi-fi).
The property owners have 2 very nice and quiet German shepherds running free in the grounds.

Summary: This 1 bedroom apartment is huge, with a lovely outdoor area and views over the valley. Just 5 minutes walk from San Gimignano and all its shops, bars and restaurants, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and right in the heart of Tuscany. It has a glorious pool and outdoor space to enjoy and the owners were attentive and helpful.

Summary: Tolle Wohnung auf einem schönen Grundstück. Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Es hat sich ein fast freundschaftliches Verhältnis entwickelt. Die Lage ist super, ländlich mit schönem Ausblick und dennoch in 5 Minuten zu Fuss in San Gimignao. Firence, Siena, Volterra. etc mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche etwas kompletter sein ....... keine Kaffemaschine vorhanden (nur Espresso) und geringe Anzahl Besteck, Gläser, Tassen ..... was aber bei allem Guten verkraftbar ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Summary: Wunderschönes, ruhiges Anwesen mit großem Pool, 5 Minuten von der Altstadt San Gimignanos entfernt. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist tadellos, die Besitzer sind sehr sympatisch. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Summary: Separate apartment next to the main house in a very well maintained property. Owners and their family friendly & responsive. Easy & secure parking. No need to drive to get to San Gimignano - the apartment's nearer than all but one of the public car parks, and that one's almost always full. Great base for exploring one of the nicest areas in Italy. I'm sure we'll be back sometime.
