Positive: Laurence and Rodolphe are fantastic hosts.Nothing is too much trouble and they are a lovely couple. Breakfast can either be indoors of in the garden.Great fresh breakfast each day with little added extras! Very comfortable bed , slept very well. Lovely large bedroom overlooking rear garden. Parking off road is available but there are parking places outside property on quiet road. Loved this B&B.Highly recommend a stay there to all.

Positive: Classic French house with beautiful proportions, a pretty walled garden and a family feel. Well located for shops and beach ( access to a private beach cabin) in a quiet, pretty street. Hosted with warmth and professionalism by Rodolphe and Laurence who were on hand to give local advice, book restaurants etc and serve delicious home made breakfasts in the garden.

Positive: Clean. Comfortable bed. Parking Breakfast was excellent although we were only offered a plastic wrapped shop bought madeleine on the day of leaving at 6.30. Something pre prepared and just a bit more substantial would have been ok

Negative: No fine touches. Everything was ok but nothing was exceptional. The price was more typical of a higher end property. If the price had been a third less it would have deserved a higher rating

Positive: Our room was very clean with a large (1.8 metre) wide bed. The owner were very friendly giving us good advice on where to go and where to eat. Breakfast was also delicous with various self-made products. There are also two lovely cats living in the house. The house has a secured parking space. During high season it's better to make a reservation. As we visited in low season this wasn't an issue.

Negative: WIFI was rather poor and the mobile network signal was weak inside the building.

Positive: Laurence and Rodolphe are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We stayed in Le Nid, their small and beautifully converted cottage. Facilities all of a high standard and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. Very comfy bed , great shower and a smart little kitchen with everything we needed. We took advantage of the secure parking for our car and bikes. La Cantelleirie is on a quiet street with shops and restaurants just around the corner. Location perfect in it's proximity to the local beaches, and cycle paths.

Negative: No negatives at all.

Summary: Beautiful accommodation perfect for exploring the Normandy coast.
