In Theix (Noyalo), we offer you this magnificent longère with a view over the entrance to the gulf, not overlooked, with a heated swimming pool (from April 28 to September 30), with a surface area of 350 m² and able to accommodate up to 14 travelers. It features an attractive 60 m² living room (with fireplace), fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 4,000 m² garden.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 60 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...

Summary: LA CALYPSO The surroundings are really astonishing. The house itself is also nice and very suitable for a large group. You need a car, as getting away always requires going via a busy road.

Summary: LA CALYPSO "The house was great. The youngsters loved it. The garage was dirty as was the table tennis table. We moved it into the house, cleaned it, and it was so enjoyed by them. There is ample room for it. We had a broken door a broken curtain rail in one of the bathrooms. Giles who welcomed us was shown the problems and never returned. We mended the door ourselves for security. We had no input from Giles. The garbage was difficult to understand. As for the pool it should have at least one visit a week from someone who knows what to do. Our grandchildren finally sorted it out but Giles should have explained. A little tweak here and there would have made a big difference. Finally the upstairs room at the very top was wasted and should be a bedroom."

Summary: LA CALYPSO We took a family trip here from the UK for my mum’s 60th. The property was lovely - very private and exactly like the pictures. A little bigger than expected. Nice and clean. The address given by the agents only gave a road name which had multiple properties so they could improve that by including the number. Great accessibility from main roads. Would have been nice to have some more sun loungers as there were only about 4. The pool was a fantastic size and temperature.
