Summary: Staff were amazing, always willing to go above and beyond to support and assist to make our stay comfortable. We were upgraded from the standard room to the corner room and it made the world of a difference with a baby as the extra space really helped. The room was fully stocked and clean. The hotel was super pretty especially the cafe! Pool never got too busy so it was pretty relaxed. The location is brilliant, 5 min walk from the beach and 5 min walk away from the main food strip. Theres 2 kids parks right outside of the hotel and the closest convenience store is a min walk away. Theres a taxi hailing button located right outside the hotel too. Overall was such a pleasant and warm stay, we were there for 7 nights! The AC worked so quick too which is super helpful for those of us travelling from cold countries and can’t handle the heat very well. (I’m from England)

Summary: Nice staff during the day. But we checked in late by Ali, who was not very welcoming and he didn't really help us with anything. Was not happy with the room as it looked nothing like the pictures but once we spoke to someone in the morning they were happy to move us to the junior suit. This was a very nice room. Best thing about this hotel is that its less then 5minutes away from the beach. The pool area is also nice.

Summary: I like this hotel. It's not a fancy one, yet it's comfortable and cosy, close to the beach, with many nice café's and restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, not particularly luxurious but for what you pay it's very good value. Swimming pool is small, and food options are limited. Overall I'm satisfied.
