Positive: We stayed here one night while visiting the Christmas Markets. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We arrived a little bit before check-in time and fortunately our room was ready and we were able to freshen up before heading out onto the town. The location can't be beat. A short walk from the Central Station with immediate access to the Christmas Markets. We walked all over with no need for public transit. Our room was huge by European standards, clean and comfortable. Our room had beds for the boys on the lower level and a large bed in the loft for us.

Negative: My only critique would be the bathroom. The shower had a floor to ceiling mirror which kind of creeped us out, perhaps we've watched too may horror flicks. Also the toilet is positioned very close to the sink so when bending over to pull up my pants I smacked my head on the sink, twice. I'm not blaming anyone but myself for that, just a "heads-up" for others :)

Summary: A centrally located, friendly, comfortable hotel at a reasonable price.

Negative: Toilet was not clean, bathroom not clean and there are stains on the beddings and we even found one bed bug.
