Summary: This place was exactly what we needed. We have three young kids and it was not loaded with decorations that they could break. It had comfortable seating and beds had plenty of warm bedding. Kitchen had ample amenities as promised. Very clean. Would stay there again for sure!

Summary: The location of this property is perfect. Quiet at night and close to downtown Santa Fe, The Railyard, etc. It is also convenient to grocery shopping. We went to spend time with our son and his fiancé. it was a wonderful location. We worked during the day seamlessly as the internet was fast and went out every night to downtown or The Railyard. Fantastic. Thank you to our host.

Summary: Our stay was great. Our host Alan was very responsive, answereing any questions we had within minutes. The home is located in a very well-kept neighborhood. The garage is available for parking in and the driveway accomodates 2 additional cars as there were three couples, an adult son, and 3 cars. Large dining table for everyone with additional island seating. Sante Fe is a great place to visit, and booking with Alan was a breeze. There were not many to-do's upon checkout making it easy to load up for an early return trip home. Thanks Alan, you have a great place!

Summary: This is a five star property and Alan is a six star host! A clean and modern home in a safe (there is a Santa Fe police officer that lives one street over) neighborhood was great but the proximity to the ski resort made it perfect! Alan has an impressively fast response time to all concerns. We will definitely stay here again!
