Positive: Efficient first stop for starting the AV1 hike from south to north. In the room everything worked well and was clean and it can be reached easily by taking a bus from Belluno to Agordo. Be aware that the first bus to the start of the trek may depart ahead of schedule.

Negative: Not a lot of dining opportunities around so if you are on foot changes are you will have to eat your take-away pizza or microwave meal from the nearby supermarket in the B&B. The room was not equipped for this however, and the shared kitchen was cramped and a bit scruffy.
