Positive: The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for being near the centre. Fabulous swimming pool.

Negative: Breakfast wasn’t great. Should have saved my money and grabbed a croissant and coffee somewhere else.

Positive: The breakfast was excellent. The location was very good but we had problems finding the address. The owner was very attentive and really friendly. 1 room/apartment was really palatial the other room/apartment was annexed to the main building and was split level and the stairway was quite narrow but very well furnished and clean. The parking for our motorcycles was excellent. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Negative: Only the fact we struggled finding the address.

Summary: We enjoyed the visit to LeMans and found this location more than adequate.

Positive: Lovely old renovated house right in the centre of Le Mans. Very friendly host who was happy to give recommendations for restaurants, and provide directions. Very comfortable room, we were upgraded to a huge room. We were able to park on the drive of the property behind solid gates. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place, and will use it again. Lovely pool and gym in what used to be the cellar.
