Positive: From the moment we arrived at L'EssenCiel we knew it was special, the appearance as you drive up is Wow! The staff at the reception desk and everywhere in the Hotel are attentive/polite and professional. The pool/spa area is wonderful, breakfast is a delight and the room sublime. We upgraded our room on site to a Nid Celeste and benefitted from the view on the 5th floor.

Negative: My only concern was the restricted car parking spaces, these are quite narrow and 50% of the car park is dedicated to EV charging - as the majority of these were empty most of the time, regular vehicles often had to park in the spaces. Other than this fairly minor gripe there is absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

Summary: A wonderful experience in a beautiful location.

Positive: Super cool hotel, with beautiful gardens and excellent restaurant. Enjoyed the dpa pool and saunas. Breakfast had wide variety of choices. Room is large and great decor.

Negative: Having to leave, it is really really nice there.

Negative: It was very hot and there is only environmentally friendly air con which didn't;t really cool the rooms enough in hot weather, was fine when it was a bit cooler.
