Positive: The room was clean and spacious. The location is good close to the sea.
Negative: There is an issue regarding communication and the Restaurant facility. The website shows the round table which was not available for our stay. Admittedly we were end of the season (last weekend September) but the owners did not respond to my messages regarding the Restaurant. Consequently we were only offered the downstairs fast food sitting area on arrival, and the cuisine was limited to pizza and burgers. This was not made clear before hand, (other than the automatic email offer of seafood platter with 48 hours notice) I had the impression we were not really welcome, as the owner did not engage, even with my wife asking something in French. Better not to offer the rooms if it is too much problem end of season.

Positive: Extremely comfortable, clean and well designed property, right by the beach. The owner was very helpful at all times. The pool and the jacuzzi are fantastic! So is the breakfast!
Negative: The accessibility for seniors could be improved.
