Positive: I cannot recommend L’artisan enough! This beautiful Airbnb in Hergla is more than just a place to stay, it’s a heartfelt experience. The family running it is absolutely wonderful: welcoming, warm, and genuinely caring. From the moment I arrived, they treated me like part of their family. The space itself is charming, artistic, and full of character, just like the name suggests. Every corner reflects the love and care they’ve put into it. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was their kindness. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, shared local tips, and even prepared delicious traditional Tunisian tea for me. If you’re looking for a peaceful, authentic stay in Hergla with people who have big hearts, this is the place.

Positive: Great hospitality in a most comfortable and stylish traditional establishment. Hergla will offer you local amenities and is situated by the sea. This small hotel is conveniently situated in the town centre with plenty of locals passing by.

Negative: Perhaps the owner, who is very kind by the way, would control the banging of doors within the establishment. This is a minor point but can disturb guests. In and around Hammamet public transport options, ie louages, are extremely limited for whatever reason if you want to go further afield. Louages are ok between Hammamet and Sousse but otherwise it is very difficult to avoid taking taxis.

Positive: Very clean, spacious room in the heart of town but also very quiet. Assisted with organising transfers and sorting us out with dinner ( we were a late arrival). Great hosts.
