Summary: Although my stay was brief, I throughly enjoyed my visit. Alessandro was very responsive to all of my questions. I would recommend paying extra for the breakfast. It was delicious. Now, you are on a Main Street so it can get loud if you’re not used to it, but it did not bother me or my partner. They also supply ear plugs! I would love to come back the next time I am in Lucca.

Summary: I really love the charm of this place, my only negative comment is not actually about the place but the people outside at night as they can be loud while they stay in front of the hotel as they enjoy chatting. Hard to sleep at times.

Summary: Couldn’t have been better. It was such an amazing building in a wonderful central location. The communal lounge was traditionally decorated and so relaxing. The room was large and relaxing with top quality furnishings, super large comfy bed. Bathroom was great with a nice strong shower. Our host was enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful. We took his advice and went to the Puccini theatre performance and museum. We hope to visit again. Lucca is fabulous and not to be missed.
