Positive: Location is fantastic 9/10 Just 2 min walk from Centrum Nauki Kopernik and Elektrownia Powiśle restaurants and shops. Bed was 140cm width quite firm 7/10 Room size decent - 6/10. Bathroom acceptable - 6/10 Kitchen was ok although smelly on entrance (sewage smell).- 5/10

Negative: Noone replied to reservation had to wait for 30min and call Booking and other phone number not listed on company profile where I was informed thet this guy is only helping. Finally got room instruction which were quite complicated despite YT clip. Entrance to the corridor via another external and internal corridor seemed like a puzzle. More like Alcatrazz than a flat entrance. - 3/10 Did not like bathtube as it was too small and 3 cameras on the entrance which seemed like prison than a flat.

Summary: Entering a prison. Well located one.

Positive: It's a wonderful and cosy place. It is ituated in the middle of a tourist place but quite silent. There are a lot of different shops, restaurants, cafe and bars for every segment of customer.

Positive: - good location - very good tips on how to reach the apartment - good contact with the property owner - quiet enough to sleep well

Negative: - old and broken electric kettle (boils water all the time, on and off button doesn't work) - electric stove broken (displayed error) - quite stuffy inside - could be more than one toilet paper

Positive: Pretty good location near the metro line. Nice and responsible cleaning staff.

Negative: Stains everywhere - from outer blankets to lampshade. Bed sheet was extremely stained (replaced next day by cleaning staff). Towels full of holes. Hanger fell out of the wall upon naive attempt to hang something on it (: Shower drain is clogged, water is not draining away. Bathroom light sensor lives it's own life switching the light off in most unexpected moments. Finally, person responsible to answer customer's questions in Booking.com app is extremely ineffective - no excuses, broken promises and finally "I don't understand you"... (:
