Summary: This hotel is in a wonderful location and the service is excellent. We had some issues with our rented vehicle. We tried to contact the agency. We don't speak French. Raphael at the desk called for us several times. He went above all expectations to help us. He patiently made several calls and our issue was eventually resolved. The rooms here are very nice. The breakfast was outstanding and beautifully served.

Summary: After reading all the positive reviews I was convinced this hotel was going to be amazing. Unfortunately it was a disappointing experience after all. While the photos show a main building with rooms, this was not where our room was located. We had booked a superior room but it was in the building of the reception, with a view on a wall basically. Why call it superior ? I don’t know. The facilities were fine, and very clean. The breakfast however was another story. It’s not a buffet, so they serve you based on what you ordered the day before. For the price you do get very little, a tiny bit of jam, 2 mini slices of bread, one juice, ect.. asked for porridge and was charged extra … I mean you already pay for a 15 eur breakfast or more (don’t remember how much it was exactly but enough). Also the guy was on himself trying to handle breakfast and checkouts, it was a bit of a mess. Just expected better from this hotel.
