Positive: Appartment is bang on in the center of Beauvais with restaurants close by and street parking in front. Access is easy via codes for key box received from owner. Appartment is modern, attractively done up and has all commodities for 4 people. Area at night was quiet.

Negative: Would be good to know about stairs before booking as may not be suitable to less able or older persons. There are 4 flights of stairs with no lift to reach the appartment and the interior stairs to mezzaine sleeping area is very narrow and steep. The beds at that level are mattresses on floor.

Positive: Everything! Design is wonderful! Flat is very cosy, comfortable and has everything you need. Great pillows and mattress! And Emily is very friendly, supportive and she thought about every detail.

Positive: Emily was really helpful with immediate responses to queries and clear, detailed instructions. The flat was warm, inviting and immaculately presented. I recall there's even a view of the stunning cathedral from the bathroom window

Negative: I was a little nervous for my children sleeping on the mezzanine as the stairs are very steep and one of them sometimes sleepwalks! but we had no problem and they loved it

Summary: Central location, great host, well presented and easy walk to the bus stop for the airport
