Positive: The property was very clean and was very spacious, for the price it massively exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our group who were travelling for work

Negative: Its worked fine, we hade some issues with heating, since its was very cold in Paris area. Would have liked 4 bar stols in Kitchen not only 3. The heating system, was really noisy, i gues some people would have problems sleeping , ,spec. in the bedroom downstairs We used it as a base while working at the trade fair, and worked out fine

Positive: Very nice and comfortable house, family friendly, clean, well equipped. The owner lives next door and is friendly and helpful.

Negative: We had difficulties on arrival. There was a double booking and the concierge / agency was not helpful.

Positive: The house is great. 2 bathrooms on thr ground floor and one big bedroom that can hold 4 peoples also. On the first floor you have another 3 rooms with double bed. The conciergery is great and really helpful. They are attentive and pro active. Great experience overall

Negative: We could not figure out how to activate the heat in the house so it was really cold (but perfect once you are under the blanket). I’m sure we would have called they’d explain but we didn’t want to bother anyone
