Positive: Beautiful location. Excellent food (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Attentive host and good service overall. Beautiful outdoor area around the pool. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the "mountain lake" pool due to bad weather.

Negative: Spa experience was really underwhelming. • The indoor pool had some hygiene issues (pieces of diaper floating in the water, full used diaper laying on the floor in the shower). We simply left. • "All season" pool is ridiculously small • "Mountain lake" pool looks very nice, and is probably great in warm weather (but we stayed on a cold rainy day) • The sauna area is all naked, which is ok (you can use a towel to cover up), but what really threw me off was that the adult only pool was "all naked" as well. There's absolutely no reason to impose this rule on your guest (other than fetish). Not everyone is comfortable to do this, and you turn off the international crowd. Basically, all we could use were the saunas, which were small and crowded.

Positive: Such an incredible property. Loved the pool area, the saunas and private area - everything about the hotel makes you want to stay there. Heaven in the mountains. The only downside is that it is next to a road, but I guess it's a great upside if you come without a car. If you get a chance - book for at least two nights.

Summary: Heavenly location, a hotel you do not want to leave!
