Negative: it was a surprise that the two floors of the house are not connected inside with stairs.

Positive: Useful information from the host prior to arrival. The view is great and even though it was very hot, a light breeze made it comfortable to hang out. Our son brought hang his hammock between two apple treas - this was his favorite spot. The little house and the surroundlings really look just like on the pictures, it's all new and in a great shape. The upper flor with kitchen/living room and bedroom have a separate entrance than the lower bedroom there is no stairs inside connecting them. Both levels have their own toilet and shower. This might not be ideal if you travel with small children, but we enjoyed the unexpected privacy.

Negative: The tap water is not potable. When we arrived, there was only half a bottle of water used as a door stopper available. We left unopened bottles so that the next guests have time to buy some themselves. First world "problem": WiFi is available but slow, especially during the daytime. E.g. I changed to mobile data to book tickets, mobile data worked just fine.

Summary: Quiet and peaceful place, modern furnished, reachable by a bumpy dirt road
