Summary: Excellent "passing through" hotel. Very clean, quiet, excellent parking, great buffet breakfast, staff helpful & reasonably friendly.

Summary: Very good experience. Only negative was that you’re not allowed to take dogs with you to sit at the breakfast restaurant tables. However, you’re allowed to take dogs for with you for breakfast in the area with sofas within the restaurant. Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient position for the motorway A20. Good restaurants just across the road.

Summary: A recent stay at this hotel. Staff were great. Room was cold (late November). Asked at reception how to increase temperature. Told it was controlled from reception. But it remained cold. The tv volume was barely audible. Asked at reception. Receptionist came up to the room but she couldn’t figure out how to increase the volume either. Remote worked to change channels but wouldn’t work to increase volume. Not a very pleasing/satisfactory stay over.
