Negative: The toilet didn't flush, that was a big problem & we can't turn off the air conditioning

Negative: No remote in the room for the TV so it couldn't be used. I had 3 payments taken from card by the hotel for over £320 which I am still trying to find out what they charged me for but have still not had a reply from them. I have tried to contact their head office.

Summary: Good location, not happy about taking money from my card and not telling me what it's for.

Positive: Not much the duty manager worked hard to make the best of a bad job

Negative: The whole place looked tired and neglected, the rooms are dull , the food uninspiring, not an experience I will repeat.
