Summary: From check in to check out we had the best experience. The staff were polite and helpful, our room was spotlessly clean cosy and even have a jacuzzi bath. The evening meal was delicious and the servers were helpful and polite. At breakfast we found it to be the same and in all honesty we couldnt find fault in our stay. We will definitely be back in the new year.

Summary: Beds were terrible, hard as a rock. Pilllows were pathetic so thin like not even having a pillow. You could hear everything!!! People in their rooms coughing and people up and down hallway. Only good thing was breakfast.

Summary: This hotel is old and worn. The carpets were threadbare (especially on the steps) and many upholstered chairs were so worn that tape was used to cover the holes. The view out the window was of a dilapidated property with piles of what appeared to be assorted collections of construction debris. The parking lot is far too dark and the provided garbage cans were overflowing with lots of trash on the ground. The door from the parking lot into the hotel would not close. The halls are only wide enough for a single person to pass through and lighting is sparse and quite dim (what respectable hotel at this price point has pull-chain light fixtures?!?). Our room had twin beds; one of the mattresses had multiple springs bulging through the top. The only positive things I can say about a hotel in this condition at this very expensive price point is the on-site pub and restaurant are convenient…otherwise this dump should be avoided.

Summary: The rooms were very expensive and quite small and basic. I was expecting something much nicer considering the price. The hotel is in need of refreshing - the carpets are worn. The showers fluctuated between hot and warm without touching the temperature control. Our meal was good.

Summary: A few shops close by- decent bar and good parking at rear of hotel. Breakfast buffet style and plentiful. Room ok but water pressure in the shower poor, guess cos was in a room at rear of hotel. Good for a couple nights stay

Summary: We stayed here for two nights on our family trip to Scotland. We used it as a stop as we toured isle of Skye during the day. Friendly front desk staff. Very clean spacious rooms. Restaurant on site. We had a nice dinner at the pub. Breakfast was buffet style.

Summary: Perfect kings room, staff is very helpful and patient even experiencing massive power outage due to the severe storm. Breakfast is very nice and offers good grab and go breakfast.
