Positive: Even though the name refers to a hostel, we booked a very large clean and well equipped room. Underground private parking for 10€

Positive: Fantastic hostel/hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was massive with plenty of storage space, a large and comfortable bed, a big TV and a great en-suite bathroom with a hot waterfall shower. The shared spaces are extensive too, though the kitchen itself would be a bit of a squeeze if the place was full. Arinsal itself is very small so nothing is more than 10 minutes walk away, even in ski boots, but KY was far enough away from the noisier bars in the very centre of town and sound proofed enough that we slept well (and I am a very sensitive sleeper!) Would definitely recommend!

Negative: The hostel is very new so there were a few facilities we would have wanted which haven't yet been installed (but look like they're on their way!) - laundry/drying room and ski storage.

Summary: Fantastic stay at a very friendly and comfortable hostel.

Positive: I stayed in the hostel for 4 nights. Looks new, modern and clean. The showers were fantastic, hot and cold water with good pressure and clean. The staff were helpful with a few questions I had. Overall, very good experience.

Negative: The communal kitchen, in particular the hob, only works between 7:30am-10pm, so if you want to cook very early or late, that’s an issue.

Summary: Very pleasant hotel, modern and clean. Staff very helpful.
