Positive: Amazing staff, nothing was too much trouble. Going over and above to help when there was an issue with transfers. Lots of little touches which were amazing. Really lovely food, knowledgeable staff when it came to safaris.

Positive: The hotel is an oasis of calm. The accommodation is comfortable and luxurious, the staff professional and attentive. The hotel has a naturalist who is so enthusiastic and knowledgable about the environment and animals. He offers walks and safaris. The pool was lovely and we utilised the yoga mats to practice yoga. The food was lovely and plentiful

Positive: The catering staff and food were excellent. Though we could not see much of the wildlife, the resort's facilities washed our entire mood. We are planning another vacation trip with our children and grandchildren. Dr Brij Mohan Author-Second Innings.

Negative: Tiles mats in the bathing area. The sheets should have been more clean.
