Positive: Everything was just amazing! Fi and the rest of the staff were really polite and caring, and were always ready to help us with anything we needed. 10/10 would book again! PS: you'll be hearing a lot of geckos so don't be surprised by their noises.

Positive: Friendly and attentive staff. Communication via Whatsapp was fast and smooth. They made sure we got everything we needed. Calm Location, little to no noise, beach and Restaurants nearby. Wood interior makes a cosy feeling. It was very clean, even with bathroom outdoors no problems with insects. Bathtub is nice to relax after a long day.

Negative: Condition of bicycles provided is really bad, we rented an e-scooter to get around the island. Warm water in a boiler is barely enough to fill a bathtub, if you take shower before its going to be not enough for a bathtub. Beach chairs outside were not comfortable. Some minor issues like forgotten room service on one day, missing spoons for tea. They took care of it promptly though after a message via Whatsapp.

Summary: overall we had a good time and stayed one day longer as planned.

Positive: The location was superb and the villa complex an oasis from the sometimes busy areas of Gili trawangan. The staff were always available to help. The food and drinks were very well cooked and of a great standard .
